A graduate in Electronic Engineering with a Master of Science (MSc), he has led high-impact projects in telecommunications, aids to navigation, solar and wind renewable energy systems, and satellite telemetry platforms.\n\nHe serves as a specialized expert in the manufacturing of aids to navigation certified under international standards, integration of AIS systems, satellite communications, and the development of intelligent solutions for critical infrastructure. He holds international certifications in aids to navigation issued by IALA, as well as specialized training in autonomous solar systems, telemetry, automation, power electronics, and networking.\n\nHe has solid experience in programming, electronic design, firmware, microcontrollers, artificial intelligence, web development, and the management of complex technological projects.
